How do you prepare it?

Preparation:

1. Pour 200 ml (1 cup) of milk chilled in the refrigerator into a shaker or a clean jar with a lid and empty the bag over it.
2. Shake the shaker vigorously by hand for at least 1 minute and consume without waiting.
