Barilla Spaghetti Pasta

Spaghetti was born in Naples, and this pasta was first named by Antonio Viviani in 1842, from the Italian word "spago" because it resembles a rope. It was originally 50 cm long, but over time it was shortened to its current 25 cm length due to space and time constraints.
